Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives

Permitted Uses

You may use OneTimeLink to securely share:

• Passwords, API keys, and authentication credentials
• Private documents and confidential information
• Personal messages requiring privacy
• Any legal content requiring secure transmission

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use OneTimeLink to share:

• Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
• Content that violates others' privacy or rights
• Child exploitation material or illegal pornography

Service Abuse

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
• Use automated tools to create links in bulk without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to content you share through OneTimeLink
• You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your encrypted content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share any content
• You warrant that your content does not infringe on others' rights

Our Service

• OneTimeLink and its technology are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service
• Our trademarks and branding are protected by intellectual property laws

• Your content is automatically deleted after expiration

Subscription Plans

Service Availability

• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our team

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold OneTimeLink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
